Joel Kaczmarek is a veteran sales professional with experience in communications, marketing, broadcasting, advertising, publishing and professional development.

His broadcast experience includes on-air as well as sales and sales management positions with television stations in the Triad and Triangle markets.

Kaczmarek has held sales and business development positions with several of the area’s leading advertising, marketing and public relations firms as well as privately consulting with local area businesses in the realm of marketing, branding and sales.

Kaczmarek is beginning his 7th year as an associate with Sandler Training – experts in sales and management training specializing in Strategy, Structure, Staff and Skills development for area individuals and companies. In his role with Sandler Joel works with companies or individuals that are frustrated or disappointed with the results they are currently experiencing in their career or with their team. Clients say their issues or challenges usually have to do with frustratingly long selling cycles, cutting price and still not getting the business, disappointment with the lack of new business, performing unpaid or free consulting or prospects that want to shop their proposal or check with the competition before making a decision.
